SCF disses bodybuilding star

StrictlyComeFlexing owner Mark Anderson has suddenly turned on bodybuilder Tyler Southwick - a guy he'd previously described as "a great fitness model".

According to SCF blog, "Tyler Who?" is a virtual nobody - "the vast majority" of bodybuilding fans have never heard of him!!

This is Mark's 'explanation' why he was taken in by "Joe from Iowa", who supposedly sent Mark a photo of Tyler, claiming to be him.

Mark implies Tyler is an unknown, so it's understandable he didn't recognize his photo - despite it being widely circulated on the web since 2006.

In reality, Mark was the prankster, not "Joe".

Tyler Who?
Just google me, stupid!

Ok, it was just a poorly judged publicity prank for Mark's SCF channel. Nothing major. But it shows Mark is a liar, and it's not the only example of his lying.

Updates: Mark's Joe from Iowa prank is nothing compared to his elaborate creation: Adam in New York!

Mark deleted his old Strictly blog with the original posts. He recently revived the blog though: StrictlyAgain. Look out from more BS there.

Flex, lies and video clips

Almost two months ago, Mark Anderson (aka markabba of StrictlyComeFlexing) accused FlexingLads of promoting itself on "a few dubious sites" (he never named them), and of "using clips without permission".

I refuted his claim, and have given him plenty of time to retract it. I don't ask for an apology - just the truth.

Not only has Mark refused to withdraw his claims, he's repeated the lies on his blog, as well as in private messages to some of my contacts.

Whenever I respond to his rumor mongering, Mark accuses me of "slagging him off"! You call him out for lying about you and you are the culprit!

Mark even appeals for 'closure', saying "No more silly,re-interpreting of my posts on your blog please. You do your thing and let me do mine.Cheers."

Sorry, until Mark admits he lies about FL, I'll continue to expose him.

For that matter, Mark needs to deal with the fact that anything written on a website is in the public domain, and therefore fair game for comment.

Strictly's philosophy

As Mark doesn't like "over wordy" blogs, I'll sum up the SCF philosophy in just nine words: Do as I say, don't do as I do.

Mark started this exchange by attacking FlexingLads in a bulletin on his YT channel. We responded, refuting his claims. In return, he accused us of bad mouthing him!

When Mark accuses you of something, you aren't supposed to answer back.

Now he's playing victim again, because I "patronized" him, and was too "long winded" about it:)

It's easy to knock people with vague claims about links to porn or stealing people's videos. But to put facts straight, you have to be clear and specific, which takes time.

Mark's reaction when you do that is to ignore all your points, justified or not, and dismiss you as "wordy".

I never expected anything else, because that was how he behaved when we tried to discuss our disagreements. The only solution in the end was to stop replying to his barrage of messages.

For those who want to know what's going on, all they need do is read Mark's own words and note the contradictions.

It's then an simple step to conclude that nothing Mark says can be taken on trust. You have to find out the truth for yourself.
